2024 CFIA Edition: Bioprox welcomes the delegate Minister

As every year, Bioprox Cultures exhibits at the Carrefour des Fournisseurs de l'Agroalimentaire (CFIA) in Rennes (France). This year, we had the pleasure of welcoming Agnès Pannier-Runacher, Delegate Minister in charge of "innovation" topics at the French ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty to our booth at CFIA.

We were delighted by her evident interest in our commitment to reducing sugar in yogurts. She took the time to discuss with us the crucial importance of promoting healthier eating, especially regarding sugar reduction in dairy products. Her vision, aligned with the Milan Convention, was inspiring, underscoring the urgency of rethinking our dietary habits to preserve collective well-being.
