Bioprox’s organization reflects a simple objective: to satisfy its customers. Bioprox has never lost sight of this principle during its development and has consequently structured itself in order to always be able to maintain close relations at local level with its customers. In order to respond to the specific demands of the various regions and countries, its organization is defined according to geographic zones, with regional managers overseeing a network of local partners.

The support functions (marketing, communication, logistics, legal, information technology and administrative) contribute to the success of the business through the support they give it. For a quality, responsive service, the Customers Department is centralized at Head Office and benefits from infrastructure enabling it to respond efficiently to customers.
